S.H.E. Summit 2018 will further its focus on connecting, educating and activating ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AGENTS to accelerate gender equality and innovate inclusion through their organizations. We define this to be an activated individual starting, leading or working in an organization–and recognizes the cohesive impact the company has on it’s people (employees and their families), it’s industry and society-at-large through its products, marketing and services–in a way that is ultimately good for profit and the planet. Organizational change agents find personal purpose in this vision, leverage all their resources and take bold action to collectively create change.
