Gender equality is a pressing issue and despite a huge amount of attention, the gender pay gap has in fact widened across the last 10 years. Women earn on average about 20% less than men do and increasingly, companies are being asked to go further to prove that they offer equal opportunities for compensation and advancement to both men and women.
Together we want to zero in on what the root causes of pay inequality are and what possible key actions can be taken to address this – from both an organizational and individual perspective.
