The largest business conference of its kind in Japan, the International Conference for Women in Business has been held every summer since 1996. The aim of the Conference is for highly motivated people from both Japan and abroad to spend time together, inspire each other and get inspired by each other. The Conference works to provide participants who want to contribute via their work as proud professionals, with a forum to share knowledge, skills, attitude and ways of thinking. The day is filled with opportunities for active exchange, stimulation from international perspectives, and mutual support among peers who share a strong determination to succeed.
