Seneca Women partnered with Bloomberg to present the Bloomberg Equality Summit,  where scores of speakers—including representatives of major companies and the public and private sectors—proposed ways to move the needle toward parity. The message that came through loud and clear was that diversity is good both for companies and individuals.
